📦 Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–6 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is shipped, including a tracking number.

🚚 Shipping Times

USA Shipping: Estimated delivery is 2–3 weeks after processing.
Delivery times may vary based on your location and the carrier.
We do not offer express or overnight shipping at this time.

📬 Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number via email.
You can use this number to track your package through the shipping carrier's website.

⚠️ Important: Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once your order is handed off to the shipping carrier, DRÜZY DRIPPIN is no longer responsible for the package. This includes:

Delays
Lost or stolen packages
Incorrect delivery by the shipping carrier

If something happens to your package after it has shipped, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.
We are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect or incomplete address.

🌎 Do You Ship Internationally?

Not at the moment. We currently ship within the United States only. Stay tuned for future updates.
