❓ When will my order ship?
We process all orders within 7–10 business days. Once shipped, you’ll get a tracking number by email.
Please note all orders are Pre Orders.
🚚 How long does shipping take?
Shipping usually takes 2–3 weeks within the U.S.
We are not responsible for shipping delays once your order is in the hands of the carrier.
📦 Where’s my order?
If your order has shipped, use the tracking number provided in your email to check the status.
Still no update? Reach out to the shipping carrier first — it's out of our hands once they’ve got it.
🔁 Can I return or exchange my order?
No. All sales are final.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges — no exceptions.
🛑 My package was lost, stolen, or marked delivered but I didn’t get it — what now?
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages. Once the package is scanned by the carrier, it's their responsibility.
Please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
